DUATHLON IN BALAGUER
Last week I went in a duathlon in Balaguer. I went there with my dad. I started the competiton at 3 o'clck and I arrived there at 8 o'clock so I stayed in the car a lot of time.
Duathlon is running, cycling and running again. In Balaguer it was a very long duathlon, the competition took 45 minuts. I could finish the race but I was very tired.
I enjoyed the competition because in there I saw some friends. I enjoyed it also because I did a competition of my favourite sport
